“My vision is to paint a picture and bring it to life”
I believe that Duluth is a wonderful place which is why I chose to move my family into the City. We have been heavily focused on the downtown development which has so far turned out beautifully, but Duluth is more than the Town Green and we need to have a broader vision and plan for the City. We need regulations that promote the rational development to fulfill our plan. We need adequate staffing, with skills applied in specialty areas to make things happen in a timely fashion. We need more thriving businesses throughout the City.
