Package Liquor Licensing & Regulations Ordinance
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale at
wholesale or retail any alcoholic beverages, or to offer for sale for
consumption on the premises, or to offer free of charge as a promotional
activity or incentive any alcoholic beverages within the City of Duluth
without having first complied with the provisions of this Ordinance. No
person shall sell or possess for the purpose of sale any alcoholic
beverage unless such person has a license from the City to sell or
possess for sale alcoholic beverages, or sell or make deliveries beyond
the boundaries of the premises covered by the license. The requirements
and restrictions contained in Title 3 of the Official Code of Georgia,
Annotated and regulations promulgated there under, which are not
otherwise enumerated by this Ordinance are hereby expressly incorporated
by reference.
