Overview:
Court Services department handles Duluth's Municipal Court.
PAY YOUR COURT FINES HERE** www.duluthga.net/courts In order to process an on-line payment, this must be done at least (1) one business day prior to your original scheduled court date. If your citation is a MUST appear, that means you must be present during court, you will NOT be able to pay your citation on-line.
If your case does not mandate a court appearance, then your fines may
be paid before your scheduled court date. Citations may be paid online,
in person, which is located in the parking lot on the
Davenport Road side of the Duluth Public Safety Building, or if you wish
to pay in person, payments are accepted from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Fines are payable by: Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers check (bank only)
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard,
AMEX, and Discover). We DO
NOT accept personal checks.
What happens if I miss my court date and my
fine has not been paid?
A failure to pay your fine or to appear in court results in an
automatic late fee of $75.00. A license suspension form is also
submitted to Department of Motor Vehicle Safety, with a fee of $5.00.
For more serious violations, such as DUI, Reckless Driving, No
Insurance, Racing, Laying Drags, Open Container, etc., a Failure to
Appear Warrant is issued for your arrest, with a fee of $150.00.
