Dear Counsel:
We acknowledge receipt of your conflict letter in regard to the above
referenced matter. Please advise your client to appear at their
scheduled time, as we will hold this matter for your appearance. You are
responsible for advising the Court during the above calendar, via email
to ledelkind@duluthga.net, if it appears your conflict will prevent your
appearance. If the Court has not received confirmation of your conflict
during the calendar, your client will be released. The Court will not
“hold” your case for your report without notification from you that you
are requesting the case be held for your report during the calendar.
Upon confirmation of your conflict during the calendar, your client will
then be advised that you will not be able to appear. The matter will be
continued and your client will be released at that time.
Your client is expected to be in Court at the time scheduled to await
your appearance.
