Community Participation Program
Dear Duluth Residents,
The City of Duluth is in the process of preparing its Comprehensive Plan update for 2030. Under the Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, the City must adopt a Community Participation Program outlining its plan for ensuring meaningful public and stakeholder participation in the planning process.
