(New World and Tyler Technologies) and will be inviting them to come to the City for a presentation.
City of Duluth Accepting Bids for Patching and Resurfacing of City
Streets 
The City of Duluth, Georgia is accepting bids for the Resurfacing, Patching and Milling of City Streets. The contract period is from November 11, 2008 through June 5, 2009. The contract will include multiple projects involving the resurfacing, patching and milling of streets located within the City of Duluth. Each individual project will be designated by the City as needed following the award of the bid. Each project shall begin with the issuance by the City of a Notice to Proceed following which the contractor shall have ten days to start work. Work for each project shall be completed within thirty days of the start date. Payment will be issued upon completion of the work and certification by the contractor that all work was performed according to specifications provided in the bid documents and contract. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required on all bids. All bids must be submitted to the City of Duluth’s Clerk’s office on or before November 7, 2008 at 9:45a.m. The bids will be opened on November 7, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Main Street Conference Room at Duluth City Hall, 3167 Main St, Duluth GA.
